- About
SALT — Social Awareness and Leadership Training — is a leadership development initiative dedicated to equipping emerging Christian leaders in Pakistan with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become influential and inclusive voices at the national level.
Born out of the work of our parent organization, Support Children, SALT was established after 18 years of child-focused development work. As we witnessed the growing potential of Christian youth and the barriers they faced — self-alienation, limited opportunities, and a lack of trained leadership — we knew the mandate had to evolve.
Today, SALT is synonymous with the development of the next generation of Christian leaders in Pakistan. Through regional conferences, residential training programs, and a nationwide network, we have directly reached more than 3,000 young leaders — and our indirect impact is far greater.
