Our Vision
SALT envisions an effective and influential Christian leadership in Pakistan — a generation of leaders who are informed, involved, and invested in the future of their nation. SALT's mission is to build an empowered cadre of emerging Christian leaders — equipped with the skills and knowledge to influence change, with an enhanced ability to rebuild and restore the socio-political relevancy of Christians in Pakistan, converting into national leaders conscious of both the challenges and the opportunities before them.
- Key Goals:
SALT is working toward a Pakistan where Christian youth are not spectators but active, capable, and confident shapers of the nation’s future. Our goals reflect both the immediate need and the long-term vision.
- Develop a strong second tier of leadership within Christian institutions and organizations across Pakistan.
- Align Christian youth with Pakistan's national narrative — fostering a sense of ownership over shared challenges and opportunities.

- Increase the visibility and representation of the Christian community as equal stakeholders in the development, security, and stability of Pakistan.
